MdM is formed by Mr. S. M. (Manaram) de Mel, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Sri Lanka and member of Chartered Institute of Public Accountants, United Kingdom.
Manaram has over twenty-five years of experience in professional practice that includes over twenty-one years of experience at Gajma & Co. a firm of chartered accountants which represents Crowe Global in Sri Lanka. He was employed as the Partner-in-Charge of Audit and Assurance Practice of Gajma & Co for over thirteen years until May 2020. Manaram is the Senior Practitioner of MdM.

Ms. Selvarasa Thanusha is the Manager of MdM. Thanusha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting with a Second Class from the University of Jaffna. Currently, she is reading for the final level examinations of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
She has over seven years’ experience in professional practice as well as business sector. Her practical exposure includes assurance services and internal audits. She is equipped with an expertise knowledge and a wide range of experiences in compilation of large group financial statements in adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards.
A hands-on experience in number of commonly used accounting software in the country is another specialty of her professional career. She was articled in KPMG and Abans PLC and had her primary education in Kokuvil Hindu College, Jaffna.
